How Free Shipping Works

A Free Shipping service method lets you offer no-cost shipping to customers. It can be added to shipping events and triggered under specific conditions that you define.

Create Free Shipping Service Method

Shiptoall -> Shipping Events -> 'USA' -> Create Service Method -> Free Ship

Free Shipping service methods can be created under any shipping event. Each event can have multiple service methods, including multiple Free Shipping setups for different zones or subzones

Add free shipping details

  • Enter a name for your service method (for example, “USA Free Shipping”).
  • Select the shipping zone this method applies to (e.g., “USA”).

Smart Blending only works when at least two service methods are set up. Detailed guidance is available in the Blending documentation.

Blend rates
Multiple Blending Groups can be created to combine different service methods. Each group can include one or more service methods, allowing for complex shipping strategies.
