Sync Shiptoall with Shopify Store
Connect your Shopify store to Shiptoall to keep your account and product catalog up to date, and enable the carrier service to show real-time shipping rates at checkout.Shiptoall -> General Settings -> Shop settings

Sync Account Settings
Synchronizes your store’s settings, including timezone, locations, and currency code.

Sync Product Catalog
Depending on the number of products in your store, this process may take some time.It is recommended to allow the sync to complete before testing shipping rates with your products.
To set values for Restrict/Custom Shipping, export a single product with these settings updated. Then use the exported values when doing a bulk import.

For best results, open CSV files in Microsoft Excel. Avoid altering column names or headings, as doing so can prevent a successful import.

Shiptoall -> Products -> Export -> All Products
You can export a CSV to update product dimensions for all items or just for those missing dimensions.If you only need specific products, first narrow down your selection by title, type, or vendor.Then choose Export → Filtered Products. This will create a file containing only the selected items, which you can later import after adding the product measurements.

Download Product Export file
- Navigate to Shiptoall -> Notifications
- Locate the most recent notification for product export completion.
- Download the CSV file and open it using Microsoft Excel.

Needed only for carrier-based or Smart Packing based services, volume/weight based packing methods, or any event conditions based on product dimensions.

Import updated CSV file
- Go to shiptoall -> Products -> Import button
- Upload the recently updated CSV file and click Import. The import process may take some time, and you will be notified once it is complete.
- Check Notifications to confirm whether the product import was successful. If there are any issues, the notificcation will show the errors that caused the import to fail.
- Review the errors, correct them in the CSV file, and re-import. If the issue continues, contact support for assistance.

Connect Carrier Service
Connect Shiptoall to your store’s carrier services to show shipping rates provided by Shiptoall.If you see a “Connect Carrier Service” banner or experience issues while connecting, please ensure that the third-party carrier-calculated rates feature is enabled in your Shopify store settings.

To use Shiptoall or any other app that calculates shipping rates in real time, Shopify requires the third-party carrier-calculated shipping
feature. This option is only available on certain Shopify plans.

Shopify Store -> Settings -> Shipping and Delivery
Scroll to the bottom of the page.If you see a prompt to Enable third-party calculated rates, click the button to activate it. If no prompt appears, the feature is already enabled.

Set up your shop’s measurement units. Changing units will require manually converting any values previously entered in Shiptoall.
