Sync Product Catalog

Depending on the number of products in your store, this process may take some time.It is recommended to allow the sync to complete before testing shipping rates with your products.
To use products with Smart Packing, ensure that all products have their dimensions updated before testing the setup. After syncing is complete, follow the steps below to update product settings in bulk.

Bulk Edit Product

For best results, open CSV files in Microsoft Excel. Avoid altering column names or headings, as doing so can prevent a successful import.
Ensure your store’s measurement settings are reviewed and updated before performing a bulk product edit.
1

Shiptoall -> Products -> Export -> All Products

You can export a CSV to update product dimensions for all items or just for those missing dimensions. If you only need specific products, first narrow down your selection by title, type, or vendor. Then choose Export → Filtered Products. This will create a file containing only the selected items, which you can later import after adding the product measurements.
2

Download Product Export file

  • Navigate to Shiptoall -> Notifications
  • Locate the most recent notification for product export completion.
  • Download the CSV file and open it using Microsoft Excel.
